    Our recruitment process is done with a “twist – to – the norm” approach that caters to our clients and candidates. One – on –one interviews with candidates are conducted by SmartHelp Consulting’s consultants on a weekend basis, offering both the client and candidate flexibility and diligent preparation for interviews. Our team focuses on candidate sourcing during week days (Monday – Friday) to ensure rigorous and careful alignment to the requirements and specifications provided by the client. Extensive vetting and assessments of potential candidates using assessment tools created for the South African context are a guarantee to our successful placements.
  • Job descriptions and Evaluations
    Upon successful placement of new employees in our client companies, SmartHelp Consulting offers assistance in developing job descriptions and evaluating existing job descriptions to guarantee the right person-and –job fit. This is an add on feature upon the client’s request.
  • Training and Development
    SmartHelp Consulting believes in finding the right candidates, for the right job, and the right skills for optimal performance. We offer and develop training programmes and courses tailored to your business needs and customer needs. Training ranges from customer satisfaction, client centricity, personal development within the workplace to activate high potential employees. Training programmes include online courses such as our signature 5-day course and guide to becoming a successful candidate in an interview.
  • Disciplinary Hearing Facilitation and Consulting
    Our services extend to assisting through consultation and facilitation of disciplinary processes. This service is to ensure fairness in disciplinary processing and providing an advisory role to our client. The final decision to the matters and proceedings however is solely taken by the client to either implement the suggested outcome.
