Soc.Sc Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria; and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) specialising in Change Management from MANCOSA. She has experience in the field of recruitment, training and development, couching and mentoring, and change management; and she has worked in various sectors such as logistics and telecommunications.
